Graduate School Fair

This Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be a Graduate School fair in the Ballroom. SUU graduate programs and those from other universities are invited to come to the fair.

The graduate fair is an opportunity for students to become more acquainted with what a graduate program entails. Students can ask questions to help them find out which program will be the best fit for them. Common questions to ask are about tuition and fees, what classes are like, what the graduate students are working on etc.

Matt Barton, Graduate Coordinator of the Master’s of Professional Communication Program, explained the benefits of attending graduate school.

“There are a number of benefits to attending Graduate school, Barton said. “One is wage. I think that is always a concern for people. More education and knowledge acquires a higher salary.”

“Anybody who has a thought they might go to graduate school or a thought about a degree should come to it. Because as much advanced planning as you can, the better off you are going to be,” said Barton.

If interested in looking toward furthering your education, attend the fair or visit (link to graduate and online school).
