Hello Thunderbirds! SUU News hopes that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break, and that the preparation for finals week isn’t too stressful.
December is officially here, and with that comes colder weather and the possibility of snow, some of which blanketed Cedar City this past week. However, it looks like finals week is going to be a little warmer than expected.
Highs in the upper 50s and lows in the mid 30s are expected all week, with Thursday, Dec. 11 expected to have a high of 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Sunny weather is also expected throughout the week, with the chance of precipitation only reaching 3%. Those of you looking forward to the snow may be disappointed, but at least the roads will be clear as SUU students head home for Christmas Break.
Along with the warmer temperatures, the wind speed in Cedar City is expected to be very mild, only reaching about 7 miles per hour. Overall, it is shaping up to be a beautiful week in Southern Utah.
