The 10th annual Trail Hero Music Festival took place on Thursday, Oct. 2 through Saturday, Oct. 4. This year the festival moved locations to the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hurricane, Utah. Well-known country music stars headlined the event.
This year’s headliners featured Tim Montana, Lakeview and six time No. 1 hit artist, Rodney Atkins.
Atkins concluded the festival on Saturday night, and fans danced and sang along to every song.

Prior to the headliners, multiple other artists filled each night with music, including Whitney Lusk, Jeremy Row, Colt Graves and more.
The Trail Hero Music Festival hosted a variety of activities. A vendor show lined the fairgrounds, featuring multiple Utah-based businesses and an off-road car show. Monster Energy, an annual Trail Hero sponsor, also provided free samples and merchandise throughout the event.
“This is one of my favorite rock crawling events each year. Vendors galore, awesome venue, great music lineup, and much much more,” said an attendee, Kem Hartje.
The Trail Hero Music Festival was originally created 10 years ago to support Utah veterans. They not only offer free entry to veterans and their families, but the proceeds made from the festival are donated to veteran foundations around the state.
The festival is run by hundreds of volunteers, many of which being first responders, veterans and their families.
Trail Hero is already working on next year’s event; fans can mark their calendars for the first week of October2026. To learn more about the festival and volunteering options, visit
