Men’s Tennis Falls to Montana
MISSOULA, Mont. — The Thunderbirds dropped a 1-6 contest against the Montana Grizzlies on Sunday afternoon to close out the regular season.
SUU (15-6, 7-3) finishes as the two-seed and will receive a bye to the semifinals of the Big Sky Tournament in Phoenix from April 25-27.
Women’s Tennis Falls to Idaho
ST. GEORGE, Utah — The T-Birds lost 1-6 to the Idaho Vandals on Sunday afternoon as the game was moved due to inclement weather.
SUU (12-10, 5-5) finishes fifth in the Big Sky and will take on the four-seed Eastern Washington Eagles in the first round of the conference tournament on Thursday, April 25.
SUU Softball Swept by Portland State
PORTLAND, Ore. — The Thunderbirds lost a 3-2 extra-inning contest on Friday before losing both games of a doubleheader on Saturday, 6-2 and 8-1.
SUU (5-28, 3-9) travels to Provo to take on the BYU Cougars on Wednesday, April 24. The game will be televised on BYUTV.
