On Tuesday Nov. 27, the Southern Utah University Student Association in correlation with the Student Programming Board held another Campus Connect.
Campus Connect is an event that happens once a month to get the word out about different clubs and associations on campus. This month’s theme was Winter Wonderland. The participating clubs and associations brought holiday themed activities for attendees to play while enjoying pizza.
“This event is a place where students can get more connected on campus,” Austin Johnson, a Junior political science and communications dual major and organizer of the event, said.
Clubs are invited at a first come first serve basis. Because of this each month is a different assortment, allowing students to get a new experience each time they attend the event. This month’s clubs included the Black Student Union, Human Rights Advocates, the Business Club, Sigma Chi and the Republican Club.
“Tell all your friends to come, this really is a great event,” said Johnson.
