SUU Football Announces Details For Kids Day Presented By Intermountain Sports Medicine

The Southern Utah football program has announced the details of Kids Day presented by Intermountain Sports Medicine to be played on Saturday, April 14th at Eccles Coliseum.

The Thunderbird football team will be competing a number of series against each other, as well as inviting the kids and fans to compete in multiple challenges in between.

This event will be the Spring Football finale for the T-Birds and will be free of charge to attend.

Fans will be included in field goal kicking competitions, 1-on-1 drills, 3-on-3 drills, a racing competition and a punt, pass and kick contest.

There will also be a Kid’s Zone available. Activities including inflatables, a face painting station and more will be available for children 12 years of age and under. Children will also be able to run onto the field with the team.

Gates will open for the event at 9:45 a.m. and the team will start warming up at 10 a.m. The event is scheduled to run until 12:15 p.m., at which time the team will be available for an autograph session that will run until 12:45 p.m.

A Spring Football poster will be available for fans in attendance.

The Thunderbird softball team will be competing at Kathryn Berg Field at 1 p.m. Attendance is free.
