The 2026 Super Bowl is this Sunday, Feb. 8. Everyone knows the best part of a Super Bowl watch party is the food, but greasy pizza and salty potato chips can get old. Whether you’re hosting a get-together with friends or enjoying the game on your own, these recipes are easy and delicious without the added stomachache.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sliders
Sliders are a go-to party food. They’re small, versatile and easy to throw together minutes before.
For these sweet and spicy chicken sliders, you will need:
- Realgood lightly breaded chicken nuggets
- Five hot dog buns
- Asian-style sweet chili wing sauce
- Melted butter
- Dipping sauce
Air fry or bake the nuggets according to package instructions. In the meantime, slice the hot dog buns into thirds. Once nuggets are cooked thoroughly, place in a bowl and coat evenly with wing sauce.
Place the hot dog bun pieces in a line in a small brownie pan. Distribute the chicken pieces in each bun. Brush lightly with melted butter and bake until crispy. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
Cheesy Stuffed Peppers
These cheesy stuffed peppers are so good, you’ll want to eat the entire plate.
For these, you will need:
Start by slicing each pepper in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and excess middle.
Add the cream cheese and bacon bits to a bowl and mix until the cheese is creamy and the bacon is distributed evenly. Scoop a small spoonful of the cheese mixture into each pepper half.
On a baking sheet, line up each pepper half and top with shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and peppers are lightly browned.
Cheesy stuffed peppers only take a few ingredients, and they will be the MVP of the watch party.
Restaurant-Style Guacamole
Every Super Bowl party requires some kind of dip. Guacamole is the perfect option that can be paired with a veggie tray or chips.
For restaurant-style guacamole, you will need:
- Four to five ripe avocados
- One tomato
- One jalapeno
- One lime or lime juice
- Queso fresco cheese
- Bacon bits
- Salt and pepper
Tip: Do not make this guacamole more than 30 minutes prior to avoid the avocado browning.
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop each half into a serving bowl. Use a fork to smash the avocados until they are mostly softened. Slice the tomato and jalapeno into small pieces and stir into the guacamole. Squeeze at least half of a lime worth of juice and stir again.
Salt and pepper the guacamole significantly, and stir again. You will need more than you think. This is what gives the dip a delicious, savory flavor. Top with grated cheese and bacon to serve.
Tip: Keep one or two avocado pits in the serving bowl to make it last longer.
Once you’ve tried this restaurant-style guacamole, you’ll be making it for every get-together.
Your Super Bowl watch party will be a great success with these unique and delicious recipes.
