Utah Pride is to host HalloQueen Ball in Salt Lake City

Utah Pride is hosting its famous HalloQueen Ball on Friday, Oct.31, and has announced Lime as the official transit partner and costume contest sponsor. The event will take place at the historic Masonic Temple in downtown Salt Lake City, inviting guests to celebrate queer culture while dancing the night away.

The ball will begin at 8 p.m and conclude at 1 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to park their vehicles off-site and take Lime scooters to travel to the venue. As part of its sponsorship, the company is offering a discount code for guests to use that night to arrive safely and sustainably.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Lime as the official transit partner of the HalloQueen Ball,” said Chad Call, executive director of the Utah Pride Center. “Their commitment to accessibility, sustainability and community connection makes them an ideal partner for an event that’s all about celebration and inclusion. Lime’s support helps us make this night even more memorable and more accessible for everyone attending.”

Presented by UAF Legacy Health, the HalloQueen Ball is a 21-plus Halloween fundraiser

benefiting the Utah Pride Center, a community organization dedicated to uniting, empowering and celebrating Utah’s diverse LGBTQ+ community.

The event features a costume contest with over a dozen categories and a $2,500 grand prize for best costume. The evening will also include DJ performances, food trucks and a multi-floor dance party experience.
