Southern Utah
The Thunderbirds sit at the Bottom of the Western Athletic Conference with a record of 1-4-1 after securing their first win in the 2024 season against Colorado College on Sep. 5th. SUU has struggled on the road this season, giving up five goals in two games while only scoring one goal in each game.

Goals have been very scarce for ISU, averaging only .50 goals per game. Paige Harris leads the team with two goals, followed by Payton Reed who scored one. Defensively, the Bengals have played very well, only allowing one goal each match. Goalkeeper Trinity Hale has led that effort with 25 saves on the season.
Boise State
The Broncos have had a dominant start to the season. With a record of 4-1, and they stand in second place in the Mountain West Conference. This will be a tough opponent for Southern Utah as they are undefeated at home.
Boise State has scored 12 goals this year and are led by Carly Cross and Morgan Padour, who have each scored three of the 12. This is an aggressive offense that averages 18 shots per game, 41% of which are on goal. They have a powerhouse defense that has held opponents to one goal per game on nine shot attempts.
