Man arrested for flashing conference goers

A man was arrested on Saturday morning at Temple Square for an alleged indecent exposure. The man allegedly undressed in front of those attending the Saturday morning session of General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

A Salt Lake City police officer on a nearby rooftop witnessed the man take off all of his clothes in front of thousands of adults and children. He was reportedly fully nude.

The man, Mitchell Dean Anderson, 36, was later identified by church security and police, who covered him in a blanket before taking him to the Salt Lake County Jail. He is currently being investigated for lewdness involving a child, a Class-A misdemeanor.
