Registration is open for fall semester 2026, and SUU offers a variety of interesting classes to spice up your semester.
Learning about physical education has never been more entertaining, as the PE department offers diverse classes with options for everyone. SUU offers a bowling class taught off campus at the Cedar Bowling Center. If bowling doesn’t catch your eye, an archery class might. In this class, you can learn to handle and shoot archery equipment. If you want to practice your hand to eye coordination, check out classes offered in pickleball, racquetball and badminton.
For students who want a boost of creativity, check out the dance and arts departments. Upgrade your dancing skills in ballroom or social dance classes. If you want to learn an old method of printing, check out SUU’s letterpress printing class where you’ll learn traditional printmaking techniques. Check out the introductory ceramics class to make cool clay creations.
If your special interests include history, check out the fun classes the history department has to offer. Learn some musical history in the history of rock and roll , where you can study rock and roll as a social force and its effect in America. Learn more about SUU’s impressive backyard in the history of national parks and the challenges of creating the places and programs that make up the U.S. National Park System.
Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Drop into some fun classes to make your next semester at SUU one to remember.
