Lazy Acres Farm and Kitchen in Cedar City, Utah is holding Meet the Lambs on Saturday, Feb. 28 from noon to 2 p.m. Because of Cedar’s recent warm weather, Lazy Acres wants to give residents the opportunity to visit with their lambs before they are sent to greener land for the spring season. The activity is free to attend with treats and goodies available for purchase.
Attendees are allowed to see, pet and hold the lambs. This activity is a great outing for a group of friends, young families or any animal lovers.
Prior to meeting the lambs, attendees can visit the Lazy Acres Farm stand for hot chocolate and coffee, homemade hand pies, sourdough loaves and other homegoods.
Lazy Acres Farm is open during the winter from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday. They will announce extended hours during the summertime. The farm takes online orders for homemade cakes, breads and butchered meats through their website.
