The Festival City Farmers Market will be running strong on Valentine’s Day. The market will feature local vendors this Saturday with a variety of goods, including locally grown produce, pastries, handmade jewelry and great food.
For local produce, stop by booths like Lindy’s Farm Stand, Nature Hills Farm and ZestyGreenz. For locally made honey, keep an eye out for The Honey Guy.
No date ideas for Valentine’s Day? Stop by and get some lunch from food trucks including A Taste of the Island and Apa’s Tacos. Vendors will be offering a range of food options for any flavor palate.
Follow up lunch with some dessert from vendors like Color Me Macaron or Savor the Sweet Bakery, with options such as freeze-dried treats and cake pops sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Check out local artists like Spoon Rings by Wilks and Pensis Pottery for unique jewelry and home decor. Other artisans, such as Amor Sui Soaps and Stout Soap Company will supply soap, skincare and bathroom essentials.
The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 300 West in downtown Cedar City. Locals and students are encouraged to support small businesses for a fun Valentine’s Day outing. For more information, visit the Festival City Farmers Market website and follow their Instagram for regular updates.
