Hello T-Birds! January is coming to an end, which may be a surprise considering the uncharacteristically warm weather we have received for the past couple of weeks. According to the current weather forecast, that streak will continue into February.
Monday, Feb. 2 will consist of partly cloudy weather, with a high of 57 degrees Fahrenheit. There is also no record of precipitation. On Tuesday, Feb. 3, the clouds will clear up, providing Cedar City with sunny weather until Thursday, Feb 5. The temperatures are expected to be in the upper 50s, with the high being 57 degrees on Thursday.
The warm weather will continue into the weekend, with Saturday, Feb. 7 boasting 59 degrees Fahrenheit, making it the perfect opportunity to put on your hoodies and spend some time in Cedar City’s many outdoor recreation areas. However, on Sunday, Feb. 8, the clouds will return with a 19% chance of rain.
The wind speeds are expected to remain relatively minimal throughout the week, with the highest wind speed being 12 mph on Tuesday.
